Kossel Delta Printer Enclosure

Https://Drive.Google.Com/File/D/1Fa5Pm2Xzh_6U6Hd54T5Futp0Mgkehuup/View?Usp=Drivesdk This Enclosure Builds On To The Existing Frame. I Designed It So You Could Have Full Access To The Print From Any Angle. Some Things May Have To Be Modified For Different Configurations/Sizes. Step Files Provided So You Can Alter The Cad As Necessary. I Used Clear Polycarbonate 1/4" Sheet For The Doors And Vertical Edges, Cut With A Jigsaw And Finished With A Belt Sander. That Was Just A Tad Frustrating Because Jigsaw Will Walk And I Suck At That. I Put In About 15° Miter On The Center Seams. Pc Is Pretty Expensive And 1/4" Is Overkill. 1/8" Would Have Sufficed. Pc Is Much Better Than Acrylic Though, As It Wont Crack Easily. Also I Use Springs To Hold All Doors Shut, But Obviously You Could Install Magnets Or Latches Or Whatever. Once Constructed, This Structure Will Expose How Misaligned Your Towers Are. I Recommend An Auto Calibration. A Side Effect I Have Noticed From Stiffening Up The Structure Is That Ghosting Is Greatly Reduced =D ... I Am Now Considering Installing Torsional Tie Rods To The Top Half. Also Wanted To See The Temp In Chamber So I Set The Firmware To Think There Is Another Hotend And Plugged In A Thermister To Those Pins On The Motherboard, Routed It Up With The Hotend Wires So It Reads The Temperature Just Above The Hotend And Always Displays It On Screen. I Only Print Abs So There Is No Need For "Ramp_1.4_Efb" (Extruder, Fan, Bed). It'S Set To Eeb. Also I Removed The Part Cooling Fan From The Hot End So There Is Less Mass Moving Around. I Will Throw The Config File Up. Version 1.1.X Bugfix With Bed Set To 95°C, The Chamber Stabilizes To About 45-50°C. Hinges: Https://Www.Mcmaster.Com/#18455A71 M4 Fasteners With T Nuts: Http://A.Co/D41Rowg Will Probably Add Door Sealing Foam To The Bottom Of The Doors Like: Http://A.Co/Bi17Fsx The Enclosure Top Can Be Chopped And Printed In 3 Pieces If You Do Not Have A Printer Large Enough To Handle It. Also, I Designed It So The Vertical Members (Doors And Edges) Are 24". The Doors Are 6" Wide And Edges Are About 1.5", But I Just Measured Them Last And Cut Them To Fit (1.43"). So A 24" X 48" Panel/Sheet Works.
