This Is A Replacement Pad It Just Snaps In Place. I'Ve Mess Around A Little And Pla Works Good, Abs Also But Both Are Slick And Wear Fast,Nylon Again Is Slick But Gets More Life, I'M Going To Order Some Urethane And Give It A Shot And See How They Hold Up.
