Motorola TLKR (T40, T50, T60) Belt Clip

Motorola TLKR (T40, T50, T60) Belt Clip

Description

Some Time Ago I Broke My Belt Clip For My T60. As I Didn'T Like Original Design Too Much I Decided To Make My Own. Here It Is, Simple And Effective. It'S Not Some Super Attractive Design But For First Version It Will Do. Belt Clip Comprising Of Two Separate Parts, Body And Legs, Which Are Designed As Such To Be As Rigid As Possible. Legs Are Supposed To Be Printed In Orientation I Have Exported Them. This Way Failure From Layer Separation Is Impossible. But That Also Means Part Needs To Be Glued To The Rest Of The Clip Body. **Note:** This Design Is Being Tested On Two Of My Radios. After Some Days Of Usage I Have Discovered That 3D Printing Single Part Clip Poses A Challenge As All Of The Different Orientations Expose Weakness In Some Places. **Final Note:** After A Month Or So Of Testing, Both Original And Modified (2 Part) Design Work Just Fine. However I Did Have Single Part Design Fail On Me On One Radio It'S Still Going Strong On Another (Both Failed, Single Body Part Removed). Change Log: - 2018-06-20: Initial Upload; - 2018-06-27: Improved Stiffness; - 2018-06-29: Split To Two Parts So They Can Be Printed Separately; - 2018-07-24: Removed "Work In Progress" Flag; - 2018-10-26: Removed Single-Body Clip As Now All Test Subjects Have Failed While Two Part Solution Is Still Reliable.
