This Is A Piece That Will Plug Into The Nerf Crossbolt After Removing It'S Crossbow Arms To Allow The Elastic To Remain More Centered When Firing Rather Than Being Pulled Down/Up That The Usual Crossbolt Elastic Tying Mod Produces. Helps The Issue Of The Elastic Band Crushing/Folding Darts, But Doesn'T Completely Fix It. I Think That'S Just The Beast Of The Crossbolt. There Are Three Versions Listed; First, A Two-Piece Snapless Version (Four Files, Pictured): I Recommend This Version, It'S The One I'Ve Tested "The Most" And Am Using. It Allows You To Print The Piece Without Using A Bunch Of Supports, And Utilize The Flat Of Your Bed To Get Truly Flat Parts (Rather Than Some Rough Undersides Due To Printing On Top Of Supports). The Downside, You Can See The Seam Where The U Shaped Piece Plugs Into The Plate Piece. This Version Relies Only On Friction To Stay In Place - Which I Have Found To Be More Than Sufficient. This Version Also Prints Faster. Second, A One-Piece Snapless Version (Two Files): This Is Printed In One Piece So Supports Are Needed. Has A Middle Section That Will Be "Pinched" In Between The Tabs Leftover By Removing The Crossbolt Arms (The Annoying Ones You Probably Had To Attack With A Screwdriver). Relies On Friction To Be Held In. Third, A One-Piece Snap Version (Two Files): This Is The Same As The One-Piece Snapless Above, Except It Has A Little Ledge That Will Catch The Crossbolt Tabs And Prevent The Piece From Being Pulled Out. This Was My Original Concept, Then I Realized This Was A Little Overkill (Just Friction In The Other Two Versions Are Completely Fine To Secure The Piece). All Files Have A Right And Left Version (Denoted By R And L In The File Name). All Versions Require Supports (Even The Two Piece, There Is A Small Overhang On The U-Shape Piece, And The Holes On The Plate Piece). I Did My Printing At 50% Infill, Didn'T Test Any Lower. My Printer Doesn'T Print Dimensions Perfectly, But Close, So You Might Have To Tweak The Scale To Get A Good Fit If The Piece Is Too Loose (I Don'T *Think* That'Ll Be An Issue). Ideally, You Should Be Able To Just Push The Piece In. To Remove, Use A Screwdriver Or Something To Push From The Inside Of The Blaster (If You Are Using The Snap Version, Jam Pliers Into The U-Shape Hole And Push Apart... Didn'T Test That).
