Description
This Is A Quick Model Rocket I Designed To Use With My C6-3 Solid Rocket Boosters. There Is Nothing In Place To Keep The Booster From Falling Out Until It Is Fired, I Just Used A Small Piece Of Tape. A Launch Here Https://Youtu.Be/Yjuzcxsdpjy For Assembly, Simply Snap The Top Piece Into The Lower Piece. It Was Designed With A .30-.45 Mm Tolerance For My Printer, But You May Need To Shrink The Bottom Part A Little If Your Printer Does Better With Tolerances. In Order To Launch Properly, You Will Need A Straight Rod Of Around 3Mm In Diameter. Since The Center Of Pressure Is Slightly In Front Of The Center Of Mass, The Rocket Should Maintain A Pretty Straight Flight When In Atmosphere. I Printed It With A Wall Width Of 2 Layers.
