Description

This Is Type 3 Of The Claw Foot Walking Mechanicals. This Version Uses A Cam And A Crank Action Too Provide A Walking System That Does Not Raise And Lower The Body Or Tip The Body When Walking. So It Is Very Good For Solar Powered Walking Robots. It Uses A Low Cost Dc Gearbox Type Motor. This Unit Does Not Have A Body So To Show Operation I Attached A Two Aa Battery Box With Built In Switch To The Frame. A Few Screws And Washers Are Also Required. I Just Added A New Motor Small Gear Stl File. It Has The D Slot Running All The Way Threw So That Gear Motors With A Longer Drive Shaft Can Still Allow The Gear To Push All The Way On.
