If You Tried To Build The Amazing Nema17 Peristaltic Pump, You Probably Had Difficulties To Get The Required Silicone Tubing. For Me, It Was Easier To Get 7X4 Surgical Latex Tubing, Which Is Very Soft But Larger Than The Original 6X4 Silicone Tubing. To Use It, You Need To Use This Pressure Plate Instead Of The One That Comes In The Original Design. It Is A Drop-In Replacement. I Have Only Tested This For A Few Hours Of Continuous Use And Only Noted Light Superficial Wear On The Tubing. Further Tailoring Of The Dimensions May Result In Better Pump Performance And Less Wear.
