This Thing Is To Repair A Hubbell Cord Reel (Hblc40123Tt) That Will Not Retract. These Are Very Expensive Cord Reels And They Should Hold Up Much Better Than They Do. A Couple Of Searches Showed I Was Not The Only Person To Have A Problem With This Particular Manufacturer. See The Attached Pdf File For Complete Instructions.
