When Working On A More Complex Project Featuring An Assortment Of Screws It'S Good Practice Sorting The Small Parts In Advance. Norman Chan Even Designate A Term For This: Knowling. So, If You Build A Ikea Cabinet Or Some Secret Challenging Project (As I Did Lately) It'S Much Easier To Use A Sorting Box. Unfortunately Most Sorting Boxes Are Made From Plastics Or Metal And The Inner Corners Are Always Square Making It Unnecessarily Hard To Take Out Small Parts. Using A Large Ball Nose Endmill (1/2" Diameter) I Rounded The Inner Edges Of The Individual Compartments. The Whole Try Is Made From 21 Mm Thick Board Of Spruce. I Did Not Test The Stl.
