Update: Working "V2" Files Are Now Being Uploaded As They Come Off The Printer And Are Proven To Work! Everything Should Now Be Fully Functional From This Point On. Let Me Know If You Have Any Issues. I Found The Hole In The 6Mm Hose Locking Nut Wasn'T Quite Tight Enough To Grip The Hose So I Have Reduced It By 1Mm A Set Of Twist-Lock Couplings For 6Mm I/D Hose. These Are Styled On Some Connectors That Came With A Diy Portable Hose Kit I Bought. I Couldn'T Find Spares Anywhere So I Decided To Try Designing My Own. The Male Portion Has An 18Mm Thread (1.5Mm Pitch). You Will Need O-Ring Seals To Finish Some Of These Parts 8Mmi/D X2Mm Section For Male, Some Light Adjustments Of The O-Ring Seat With A File/Abrasive Paper May Be Needed To Get The Optimal Fit). If The Printed Parts Are Leaky, I'Ve Found That A Quick Acetone Smoothing Treatment Seals Them Up Well. I Had Some Major Issues Getting The Internal Threads To Print. Below Is A List Of Settings That My Parts Were Printed At To Get Everything To Fit And Work. Male 18Mm Thread: All Axis Increase By 3% Material: Abs Infill: 100% Layer Height: 0.1Mm Speed: 30Mm/S (Slowed Manually To 20Mm/S For Printing Threads) Ext Temp: 140C Cooling: 30% (Temp Controlled Enclosure Held At 45C) Supports: Yes Locknut: All Axis Increase 6% Material: Abs Infill: 100% Layer Height: 0.1Mm Speed: 20Mm/S Ext Temp: 140C Cooling 30% (Temp Controlled Enclosure Held At 45C) Support: No Male To 6Mm Hose - 20Mm Bulkhead: All Axis Increase 2% Material: Abs Infill: 100% Layer Height: 0.2Mm Speed: 30Mm/S Ext Temp: 240C Cooling: 30% (Temp Controlled Enclosure Held At 45C) Support: Yes 20Mm Bulkhead Nut: All Axis Increase 2% Material: Abs Infill:100% Layer Height: 0.1Mm Speed: 30Mm/S Ext Temp: 240C Cooling: 30% (Temp Controlled Enclosure Held At 45C) Support: No Female To 6Mm Hose: All Axis Increase 2% Material: Abs Infill: 100% Layer Height: 0.2Mm (0.1Mm May Work Better To Prevent It Wearing The O-Ring Down) Speed: 30Mm/S Ext Temp: 240C Cooling: 30% (Temp Controlled Enclosure Held At 45C) Support: Yes
