Bed Warmer

Bed Warmer

Description

I Was Tired Of The Bed On My Anycubic I3 Mega Ultrabase Taking A Half Hour To Warm Up, So, I Performed The Mosfet Install. That Helped, But It Still Took Over 20 Minutes From Room Temp To 95 C For My Petg..... ..... So, I Made This. It Is Designed To Cover My 210 X 210 Mm Bed. It Covers About 95% Of It. You Can Use Any Kind Of Material You Wish, As Long As It'S Not Of The Flammable Nature. I'M Using A Cloth Embedded Aluminum Heat Barrier Cloth That I Just Happen To Have A Huge Roll Of. ** Aluminum Is One Of The Best Materials For A Radiant Heat Barrier. When This Is On My Bed And The Bed Is At 95 C I Can Barely Feel The Heat With My Hand An Inch Away. Remove The Barrier And See How Much You Feel. This Reflects The Heat Right Back Into The Bed. ** All I Did Was Cut The Fabric Larger Than The Frame And Fold It Over And Tape It. I Do Have The Fabric Double Layered. Just Set It On The Bed When You Start The Print, But Be Careful, It Heats Up Really Fast. I Was Able To Heat My Bed From Room Temp To 95 C In Less Than Ten Minutes (See Picture) **Update** I Changed The Handle To Make It Easier To Hold On To. I Recommend Using The V2.Stl
