Description
This Is My First Version - Changes Will Be Made To This Design I Wanted A Sturdy Way To Mount My Jbl Flip4 To My Back Pack. It Was Always Hanging / Dangling And Twisting Arround. So I Designed This In Fusion360. Its A Sleeve For A Jbl Flip4. Instructions : You Put It In From The Top (Its A Snug Fit!) Then You Twist It Untill The Power Button Is No Longer Visible. This Means That On The Other Side The Jbl Logo Is Visible ( This Is Where Most Of The Sound Comes From) You Can Still Use The Play/Bluethooth/+ And - Buttons. If You Want You Can Use Some Elastic Bands Across The Top , If You Think You Need It. In My Experience They Are Not Needed For Bikeriding , But May Be Needed For Other Activities. Mount This With Some Tapered M6 X 30Mm Stainless Bolts , Some Washers And Selflocking Nuts. You Can Mount This To Any Backpack/ Bag Or Strap There Is About 70Mm Of Space Between The Bolts. Print Instructions : Look At The Added Pictures And Photos Print The Case With The Bottom On The Build Plate (Its 175Mm High!!) Print The Backplate With Its Flat Side On The Build Plate I Printed This With These Settings > 40% Triangle Infill 0.2 Layerheight Support On Raft/Brim Off 215/210 Hotend 65/60 Bed Reprap Blue Pla Jbl Flip 4 Bluethooth Speaker
