Frame Update for 8-Gear Clock (revision C)

Revision C updates the frame for the 8-Gear clock. Current repository for the latest version of the clockwork library: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8155 The original 8-Gear Clock Thing was getting a little crowded, and most of the gears changed in revision B, while most the other parts changed in revision C... so I figured it was time to start a new page. (EDIT: Added an ugly, beefy alternative frame that reaches around the clock so the back and front have some solidarity.
