V3 With Bigger Inlet For Faster Filling. Designed To Help Inflate Weather Balloons. This Fill Adaptor Accepts A 20Mm Id Pipe On One End With A Jubilee Clip To Secure. The Balloon Neck Is Pulled Over The Large End (Od 40Mm), And A Cable Tie Is Tied Around The Notch To Stop Gas Leaking While It Is Being Inflated. The Legs Are For Tying On Weights.
