Venus of Willendorf- Bakutis Style

Venus of Willendorf- Bakutis Style

Description

Based On The Wonderful Model By Zydac Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Zydac The Venus Of Willendorf, Found Near The Danube River In What Is Now Austria, Is One Of The Earliest Examples Of Sculpture. It Was Believed To Be Made Over 25,000 Years Ago. I Thought It Was Appropriate To Re-Think It A Little Using Makerbot'S 3D Printing, Which Is Really Pretty New And Revolutionary. Maybe 25,000 Years In The Future, Someone Will Find This And Say "This Multi-Armed Venus Is One Of The Earliest Examples Of 3D Printing As An Art Form". We'Ll Just Have To Wait And See :) -Jason Bakutis 2012
