This Design Is A Adjustable Friction Slide For 1" Extrusion Commonly Sold In America. The Stuff Is Cheap, Like $9 For A 2Ft Length From Mc Master-Carr. The Series Is Called 1010. You Also Need Some 3M Mounting Tape And M3 Socket Head Screws. I Designed Them For A New Rostock Build Using Ansi Parts..... I Prefer Metric But Sometimes They Don'T Carry As Large A Supply Here In The States.
