Description

Gears Defined Initially By Stoffel15 Generate A Small Interference Because The Large And The Small Gear Not Have The Same Helix Angle. In The Previous Version The Helix For Large Gear Rotates 200º/47 And Grows Upward 5.5Mm. Meanwhile The Helix Of Small Gear Rotates 200º/9 And Grows Upward 6.25Mm. In This Version Helix Are Matched In Both Gears, Keeping The Same Definition For The Large Gear And Only Changing The Rotation Of The Helix For The Small Gear To (200º/9) * (6.25/5.5) The Files Are The Modified Scad And Two Part Files Modeling In Autodesk Inventor Modeling With Xls Parameters File Needed For Configuration. In The Design Of The Gears In Inventor Has Introduced A Small Clearance In The Hollow Of The Tooth (Tooth 19/40 Recess 21/40) While The Backlash In Scad = 0 (I Left It As It Was Originally) Http://Www.Youtube.Com/Watch?V=Envbj-Ydyhi
