Designed To Fit On Top Of Each Other. It Is A Construction Toy And The Possibilities To Create Some Thing Are Endless. They Don'T Always Have To Exactly Line Up With Each Other. For Example, The Bottom Four Pins Can Hold Up Another Block With Only Two Pins While The Top Block'S Bottom Two Holes Without Pins Are Overhanging The Platform You Are Building On. You Usually Build With The Tinker Blocks, But If You Are Making The Base, Then Use The Tinker Block Base. Not Children Under 8.
