TronXY X5S (CReality CR10) E3D V6 Mount with Piezo Sensing
Description
Update 16/11/18 3rd and final iteration. This probes well with a 27mm Piezo, set your z offset to somewhere around 0.1/0.05mm depending on your print settings, probe speed between 10 and 20 mms should work fine. Update 15/9/18 New version posted, it should be somewhat stiffer, and allows for much faster printing by sshaving a lot of unneccessary material. That includes the fan. My design was meh at best. For the moment I'm enjoying this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775 Instructions for setup with MKS Sbase/Smoothieware are on [my blog](http://jebk.wordpress.com) STEP files are included. The old onshape link below will continue to work, but I'm not doing updates there since moving to fussion 360. Update 16/8/18. On the off chance anyone takes a look at this I'd suggest for now not to use this design. It's somewhat too flexible resulting in bad cornering. I'm working on an improved (and hopefully easier to print) version which should address this. Update 28/11/17: Parts have been updated to be easier to print, and allow for a 5015 radial fan (no fan part included). For now I have only included 27mm version, if anyone wants to use 20mm it will still work with this mount, just centre the piezo disc on the back. </end update> This is a more or less final but still work in progress mount for an E3D V6 style 'groove mount' Hotend to a TronXY X5S. It should work (but isn't tested as I don't have one, if you do please post a comment/make) on other machines with similar mounts (from what I can tell, all the TronXY printers, the Creality CR10 and maybe a couple of others). The X Endstop mount is for a Makerbot Style PCB endstop. The stock one will work, but you'll need to find a mounting solution for it (self tappers or hot glue will both work fine). If you want to make any changes this is designed in onshape, so you can edit it for free (as in beer) [here](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/048a2ae9d1085a5046084517/w/72040eb95c90214d3e380243/e/0e45d3a7b195ce46398f2b66) If you do so please link the updated version back to me (particularly if it includes different fan shrouds etc). Update 12/11/17 - reaslied i'd made an error inthe file uploaded, fixed stls included.
