MK3 R3 mosquito mount
Description
this mount is for the MK3 + Mosquito Hotend from Slice Engineering. +++++++ UPDATE: V3 has small changes so that the metal adapter from printedsolid also fits. all other earlier mount versions have been removed printed adapter are not perfect yet but will work u might need to drill the hole bigger for the PTFE tube to fit in. this will be corrected soon. https://www.printedsolid.com/products/groove-mount-coupling-with-tapped-holes-for-slice-engineering-mosquito-hotend +++++++ UPDATE: V2 is out with a few small changes. V1 should also work fine. 1. adapter 2mm longer 2. screw mount for mosquito is more stable, u can now use both original screw insteead of only one 3. made more space so its easier to insert the moquito with adapter 4.less tolerance between both screw holes making a more snug fit for the mosquito i havnt personally printed or tested V2 but it sould work good. pls let me know if u find all improvments good or what u think might need improving. i have added 3 pictures from V2 +++++++ this mount still needs to be fully tested. if ur brave enough to test this mount then pls leave a comments how it works and if something needs improvments. i cannot personally continue testing this because im on holidays with my wife and kids but i still have my computer with me if changes are needed.
