Prusa i3 Light Strip Fixture for Hotend
Description
This is to mount LED light strip (2 sections = 6 LED's) directly to the hot end. Its the component printed in white in the photos. Those light strips are dirt cheap: http://a.co/3i100lo $8 for 300 LED's Used 3 zip ties to keep it secured. I can now see the quality of the print very well, especially in an enclosure. My shop is well lit, but still doesn't shine right on the print piece. Even my frame mounted LED's don't really illuminate the filament well as its extruding. I added Solidworks part file so you can modify to your liking... I technically have a Max Micron i3, but I believe it is nearly identical to Anet A8 and Geeetech i3 hotend configs.
