The thing is that due to the material flexiblity the material bends between the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/NinjaFlex-Flexible-Filament-1-75mm-Primary/dp/B0153SFV52/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=industrial&ie=UTF8&qid=1532702950&sr=1-4&keywords=ninjaflex+tpu&linkCode=sl1&tag=greatdeal0c4-20&linkId=e04e0b33909f4daff3f229d0e3fa69b1&language=en_US"title="with a title">MK8 extruder drive gear</a> and the <a href="http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bsWeRCxA"title=with a title">PTFE Tube Push Fit Connector</a> causing it to get stuck. </p> <p>The default extruder was hard to modify so I needed a quick solution to print my flexible parts and ordering a new extruder were not an option since I hate to wait for the slow boat from China or any other place.</p> <p>I thought what are the parts I have in handy, I have the Tevo default extruder and its parts and I have M3 <a href="http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/cDek3E6c"title=with a title">Allen screws</a> in different sizes. So I have to design something that will function out of these parts.</p> <h4>The <strong>FlexTruder</strong> is easy to print and accessible extruder that can easily replace your default extruder to print immediatly flexible materials among the normal ones you like to print.
