Raspbery Pi B+ Nintendo NES style Case (Single Extruder version of Koopas design)

Description

Preferred koopas design of this case but only have a single extruder printer (Makergear M2). The top white piece is unmodified, the top black pieces (front and back) are designed to fit into the top white piece. They fit very well and are printed to a tight tolerance, the first layer on my printer is slightly wider from the nozzle smoosh on the bed - i used an exacto knife to clean up the edges, you might have fit issues if you dont and your first layer has the extra "smoosh width" The top black pieces will basically stay in place on their own - but i used a little superglue on the ledges to keep them locked in place. The Grey bottom piece was modified to print as a single piece with some cross bars that will go over the bottom black piece. I again used superglue to permanantly attach the black bottom piece - I may redesign in the future so the black is only on the front, as the actual NES did not have the black running the whole base - at least mine (from 1988) did not. On the Lid there is an oval shaped hole, and there is a seprate logo piece. The logo piece should be started in Red and color changed to produce the effect in the picture - if you prefer there are other lids available with no logo or different logos which were all designed from the same source file - i did not post one here. I used a very high resolution (.25 nozzle and .07 layer height) and the first 5 layers were red, and the remaining 18 layers were silver - if you use a transluscent color, you may see the red rectangle through the lid. I used 4 small drops of superglue in the corner of the rectangle to glue the logo onto the backside of the lid. At the moment, i am unsure if that will create fitment issues with the lid closing as I do not have a pi installed in the case at this time. I will come up with a different design if that becomes an issue. From the comments on koopas design "The case is supposed to be held together with 4x #4-40 1" machine screws. People have also used [3/4" #4 sheet metal screws] as well as [2,5mm wide x 20mm long universal screws]" I currently have not picked up any screws or tried anything i currently have This was printed with a .25 nozzle and a .07 layer height for high resolution detail, some printers can not achive that high of resolution and im not certain that all parts will fit together with a lower resolution - although i did some test prints with a .2 layer height that i was able to fit with the parts i had already printed. UPDATED FILES 8/5/18 ------- After actually getting a pi installed in the case i found some areas for improvement. I also redesigned the lid slightly to give it a better opening ability - the black piece on the base now snaps into place, and some of the openings and mounts in the case have been slightly enlarged for a better fitment based on difficulties installing the pi.
