Toranado Side Mount Quick Fit For x-axis 2020 v-slot upgrade
Description
If you have a Toranado TPGE SIDE MOUNT VERSION and need a way to anchor it to your newly upgraded x-axis 2020 v-slot rail this is for you. Once printed you will only need a 3m screw and a few nuts. ANCHOR- Use 4 M5 10mm screws to attach this plate to the V-Slot gantry. LEVER- Use an M3 screw and nut to attach to "ANCHOR". PLATE- Use 4 M3 screws to attach this plate to the TPGE SIDE MOUNT, tight. Turn lever to full right, lay the TPGE's new "PLATE" into the "ANCHOR" groove and then gently push top into place, securing it in place by turning the lever to full left. I absolutely loved the idea and execution of the cited Quick Fit system and found a way to implement it. I changed some dimensions on the plates and added some strength to each part where the lever fits. I like how it turned out. It could use some improvements/refinements, but I'm just too busy and it works well for me. KUDOS to TORANADO3D, sonnylowe, and lukie80 for their good work. Thanks.
