Case for XILINX PYNQ-Z1 FPGA development board

Case for XILINX PYNQ-Z1 FPGA development board

Description

This is a case for the XILINX PYNQ Z-1 FPGA development board (http://www.pynq.io/). With this case, which is a bit more substantial than the laser-cut one available from XILINX, you can toss your PYNQ into a bag with less of a fear of something breaking off. You can put some velcro on the bottom of the case to fasten your PYNQ to the side of a computer case to free up desk space. The PYNQ board does not have mounting holes, so it's necessary to clamp down on the corners. With this design, the board sits in a groove and is held in place by round caps. The standoffs screw into hex nuts inserted from the bottom. To complete the assembly of the case, you will need: - 4pcs M3 standoffs 15mm or longer - 4pcs M3 screw - 4pcs M3 hex nuts. 4-40 hardware is close enough to M3 and can be forced through the holes without a problem, though you may need to enlarge the hexagonal opening.
