Tevo Tarantula Inverted Dual Z Axis
Description
Add the second Z axis to provide better support. "Invert" the motors (i.e. put them at the base) to improve stability. I worried that having 2 motors at the top will cause more vibration during printing. The design is modified from "Tevo Tarantula Brackets" by thingirob (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1457449). You can use the centre base and Y base in the original design, but I created another upgrade "TEVO Tarantula Double Y axis rails" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3193014). The gantry aligns with the rear edge of the horizontal track rather than the front edge in the original design. This makes it easier to position the motors. A few small holes are added to the base. They allow a 1.75 filament to pass through to help positioning the T-nut during installation. 608 bearings (OD=22mm, ID=8mm) are used on the top bracket to hold the lead screws. I use 10mm M4 screws but they are a bit too long. 8mm screws should work. Note: I have "No sanding bearing oldham" by kisolre (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2581521). The X-axis does not go low enough without the "Tevo Tarantula Vertical X Carriage" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3033881)
