Sports Car Prototype 1/32 Slot Car
Description
Update: I remeshed and thickened the body. I also integrated the rear panel, headlight covers, and mirrors. Should print better now. The original car looked cool so I reduced it to what I thought was about 1/32 scale. Made the body 1 piece, combined all of the trim parts into a single file, and customized the chassis to take a slot car motor pod and guide flag. Then I printed the chassis, and it was about 1/24 size. So I reduced it to 78% size which looks about right. I also made the chassis thicker so it's durable, changed the rear body mount to work with an inline pod, and changed the trim parts to print some spares as well as a few thicker parts.
