Anet A8 X Axis Belt Tensioner (Tighter Tolerance)
Description
PRINT: X1 Tensioner X2 3mm Caps (Optional) ADDITIONAL: X3 3mm x ≥25mm bolt X3 3mm nuts X1 3mm washer (Optional, but best result) I remixed this tensioner after having the problem of it not staying centered. It had a tendency to pivot forward or back and the belt rubbed as a result. I Increased the length, height, and width of the two bars to better match the space within the manifold. Result = no more play and wobble. Belt is perfectly aligned. I also suggest adding x1 3mm washer to the front side of the tensioner when you replace the bearing. I seems to make the alignment perfect. I also beveled the edges and whatnot for looks. *I also made some caps for the 3mm bolt that fills in any indent that may remain in the Z-carriage from the horizontal X-axis bars. Totally optional. Keeps the bolts centered and maybe adds some stability. Also no longer metal on metal. Edited in Blender.
