HD110 Full HD / BenAllen 3D printable micro drone / Quadcopter
Description
Here is my 110mm / 84g drone. Full HD. This is an update of my HD100mm. I highly recommend this one. It is extremely fun to fly. I wanted to create a drone that I can fly anytime ; it is so small that it will not bother people in a park or at the beach. It can also handle serious wind and it is so cheap that I'm not afraid to crash or to fly close to open water. Battery is a 2S, I tried a 3S and it's too much power. There is a velcro on each battery. Runcam Split mini is protected by the 3D printed frame. I tried to create a venturi effect around the camera to cool down the flying controller. In a next update: the battery holder will also participate in this effect ; Top Frame will be removable ; motor mounts will participate in landing protection. No Support needed; Parts are glued together with super glue.
