XActo Blade Disposal Canister
Description
Commissioned by a friend who needed to safely dispose of used blades at an aero-modelling class he runs. When its full simply tape over the top, throw it out and print another. ** EDIT ** Sep 2019 Following a comment that encourages a non-disposable option (to reduce waste) I have added an openable version. As with the non-openable version, do not use supports. A fine resolution (e.g. 0.2) will be necessary for the screw mechanism. Please only use the openable version if you have a safe way of disposing of blades once opened. XActo blades (even used ones) are very good at cutting open plastic rubbish bags, hence the original design which keeps the blades safe throughout disposal.
