Leitz HM-LUX lightbox snoot
Description
This is a 'snoot' for the lightbox of a Leitz HM-LUX compound microscope. The lightbox normally spills light over a wide cone, so this snoot only allows light to go up into the condenser. I have found that this makes the condenser diaphragm work more effectively since there is no reflected light making its way around it.
