This is a Mounting Plate on my Bike. . Using a <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.hornbach.de/shop/Rohrschelle-schallgedaempft-1-2-1-Stueck/1306270/artikel.html">pipe clamp</a> (soundproofed 1/2") and a <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.hornbach.de/shop/Linsen-Flanschschraube-10-9-M8x12-200-Stueck/8699798/artikel.html">lens flange screw</a> (M8x12 - shortened to 10mm) for mounting on handlebars.
