mwhitton's 3DS XL Game Saver Upgraded

Hello! This is a remix of [mwhitton's "Nintendo 3DS XL Game Saver"](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:931886). This allows your 3DS/DS games to be protected from accidental ejection. No longer will you have to worry about ejecting the game cartridge and losing your non-saved data. This remix was made to be an upgrade of their design. Here's the changes: 1)Allowed access to charging port 2)Allowed access to IR receiver. 3)Made slightly shorter (to make No.1 possible) 4)Made slightly taller (to make No.2 possible) There are two models: IR_Block: Slightly smaller, but blocks the IR receiver. IR_See: Allows the IR receiver to work, but it's slightly bigger. As with the license mwhitton used, you are allowed to do whatever you want with the model, so long as you include this same license if you upload any modifications you've made, or share it on other websites. Please let me know if there are any problems, and I will do what I can to fix them. Know that although this should not damage anything, you are using this at your own risk. Things to note: 1)The IR receiver may have a more directional view now, so it may affect performance. 2)Using this WILL prevent you from using some charging devices. But it will work fine using the standard wall charger. 3)This will have a tight fit. The model mwhitton made fit nicely when printed on my printer, but it was a bit too easy to get out. So I made this so that you would actually have to work to get it out. (Just a simple nail grab will do it)
