3D20 Down Fan Duct 4-in-1

3D20 Down Fan Duct 4-in-1

Description

Upgrade your part cooling abilities! V3 should work on any original 3d20 heatblock. And prints fine without supports. You will probably need an M3 x 16mm screw, I believe the original was a bit shorter. ~~Two designs, one if you're still using insulation and Kapton blanket. It bumps into one corner just slightly.~~ ~~One if you're using a silicon sock like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2871015 or similar.~~ ~~Each has an option for a tiny bit of built in supports for the block with the screw hole.~~ ~~This design does require a longer M3 screw, I believe it was 20mm.~~ My first version was PLA and except for the one corner getting slightly warm it worked fine. My final version printed in PET-G and has been in use for at least a year now. 2020 edit: finally got around to editing for better centering. ~~As my printer is currently down I haven't printed to check fit~~. Should be able to restore most or all of ring once I've got centering fixed. Fits a beaut but had to flatten slightly or it runs into the motor on the right when homing. My new print is PLA and nowhere near the heatblock now so should be just fine.
