Extension tube and flow limiter for soap dispenser pumps

(edit 190312: I added a flow limiter, and included the freecad source) Disposable soap dispenser pumps can be used for various other containers which often seem to have a compatible thread (eg detergent, plant nutrition). However, these containers are often elongated, and therefore an extension tube is needed. Easiest way is to print it. The design is made for extending a tube with an outer diameter of 4.75mm. The flow limiter snaps on the outside just under the pump head (fits some brands only). Polypropylene worked fine for this print.
