Yet Another Ender 3 Filament Roller

This is actually a 100% new model, but based heavily on Holspeed's excellent thing. Unfortunately I had issues getting that to fit to my printer, and the wheel would catch and wouldn't spin easily.. all almost certainly due to my print settings but I felt like making one of my own. Mine is a slightly looser fit all round, and has a slightly different design to the bracket, which has ridges on to echo the ridges on the left of the Hero. The pulley is slightly different too, with a more circular cross-section and more polygons (which means it should be easier to fit), and I added a taller bearing spacer that should be easier to screw into. Has two holes you can use to hold the filament in place while switching filament Edit 2018-11-04 - added a version that fits slightly tighter.
