Speedo 1.2m Hardware Pack
Description
Here are some parts that I used to put my Speedo together. The kit is available here: http://thebuildrc.com/speedo-ex-1200-composite-plane-orange.html The main problem with this kit is that the wing saddle is about 3 degrees twisted, compared to the tail section. The Wing Saddle is the part that I designed first, just to get the wings into line with the tail, and should be printed in rubber. The wing washers are also required, to get the wing hold down bolts to push evenly on the wings now that they are not at 90 degrees to the bolts. These parts (2 off) were printed in ABS. The servo gasket is used to space out the servo covers slightly, as the servos I used (Corona 919) were a bit too thick for the provided space. These are also printed in rubber. The servo mount allows you to mount the elevator servo (D561MG) upside down in the cockpit, which gives you a nice straight run all the way down the elevator pushrod.
