Hartan Racer Front Bushing Replacement Bearing
Description
This is a replacement part for the ball bearings of the front wheels of a Hartan Racer baby buggy. You need two of them to replace both bearings. <b>Installation</b> 1) release the center caps of the front wheels by pushing them in like a button or with a flat head screw driver if this does not work 2) remove the star nuts with a side cutter 3) remove defective pressed in ball bearings from the axle with a rotary tool 4) remove plastic sleeve 5) clean the axle with WD40 6) scrub down any debris with a metal scrubber or similar 7) use more WD40 and paper towels to clean it 8) slide the printed bushings on the bare metal axle 9) put wheels back on 10) push the center caps back into place <b>How to print</b> I used IGUS iglidur L150 filament. A roll is around 20 credit units, certainly cheaper than a new buggy. But if you want, try PETG or Nylon. That might work, too. Let me know. <b>Part Status</b> Approved
