MakerFarm i3v Quick Change X Carriage (and mounts)

MakerFarm i3v Quick Change X Carriage (and mounts)

Description

Put the quick-change attachment points on the X carriage for MakerFarm Pegasus/i3v printers, and I had to modify the latch to clear the wheel mounting nuts. Oct 28 Update: I decided to upgrade my extruder to the E3D Cyclops, and needed a way to mount it (why has noone else done this for the i3v??), so I decided to make one using this quick connect mount. Also included is a blank mount plate for others to use to make their own mounts. I believe with this mount, a 6.3mm spacer is needed to get the BLTouch to the correct height. I haven't assembled it yet, so I can't be sure. I used the 10mm spacer from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2314876 and scaled it only in the Z axis to what I needed. Nov 1 Update: Modified the hotend mount plate to better accommodate the bowden fittings and clips. July 29 update: Cyclops jammed on me, so I modified a Titan direct mount to use with the v6 instead. I offset the mount from the QC plate in order to make sure the stepper cleared my left Z screw. I tried to keep the nozzle as close to the center of the X mount as possible. Supports may be necessary. June 1, 2020 update: Swapped my Titan for a Titan Aero, and replaced the BLTouch with a piezo sensor. So of course I had to make a mount for both of these. The nozzle is as close to center X as possible. I had to use Plate 3 in order to mount it as low to the side as possible, which gives the bonus of being able to use a short m3 screw to trigger the piezo, and a place to mount the PrecisionPiezo v2.85 board.
