Uline Sticky Note Pallet Scale Forklift
Description
This is a forklift scaled so that it can hold sticky note pallets from Uline. Not modeled after any particular forklift but a combination of pictures found online and the forklift at work. Print 2x of the following files: - Forklift_Cabin_Side.stl - Forklift_Front_Wheel.stl - Forklift_Rear_Wheel.stl - Forklift_Fork.stl The following files will need to be printed with supports enabled: - Forklift_Body.stl - Forklift_Load_Backrest.stl - Forklift_Cabin_Top.stl For counterweight I used two lengths of 7/8" brass round stock about 2" long. Any heavy object should work such as steel. For wheel axles you will need 4x 10-24 1.5" bolts. It should be an interference fit in the body so either use the bolt to form the threads or use a tap. If you can only get metric bolts a M5 may work but I have not tried it. FreeCAD design files are included if you need to modify anything. Be sure to share your modifications with everyone on Thingiverse! October 20, 2018 Edit: Added pallet if you want to print one or your sticky notes does not come on a pallet. I have not printed it so I am not sure how well it will turn out.
