Micro Folding Prop Pusher (Horizon UMX Radian parts)
Description
https://youtu.be/d9ngzVatQHA This is a spinner to modify your UMX Radian folding prop into a pusher! By design it folds AWAY from the motor. You could probably remove some material at the bottom of the prop slots if you want it to fold towards the motor, or if you ask really nicely and want this as a tractor or some other pitch angle, I could probably work it up for you! There is a channel for a dental rubber band to lay between the two blades (not shown on the black and yellow examples, but present in the STL files). This helps the prop close when your ESC brake engages. You WILL need an ESC brake for the prop to reliably fold in flight... A deep stall will sometimes get it, but a brake is best. I uploaded STL files for -10, -5, -, 5, and 10 degree variants, so you can play with the prop pitch and get your plane flying just the way you like it. Pitch it up for high speed or dial it back to unload your motor without trimming the diameter any more than you have to. A set of micro mm drill bits will be necessary to size the holes properly for the prop hardware. The metal pins that come with the Radian prop are 1mm diameter, so you'll need at minimum a 1mm bit, and a bit to match your motor shaft (1.5mm in this case)
