Brutal Classic Mini

Brutal Classic Mini

Description

This was a challenging build, consuming many weekends. Don't rush it! I enjoyed designing and finishing the [Neo Classic](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3100601), but it isn't feasible to print at home. I wanted to design something to fit on the build plate of my small home printer (6"), printable without supports. Printed in PLA, after failed attempts with ABS due to warping. For finishing, I used JB Weld plastic bonder, automotive filler, various grits of sandpaper, and spray paint. The display is an Adafruit 5" HDMI touchscreen. A [backpack riser mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3192787) for the Pi is attached in the back. Space is tight, requiring 90 degree connectors and ribbon cables. In the spirit of the Neo Classic, there is no back cover. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6S1xIboY2pT
