UV CURING ENCLOSURE 4 200X200 Print bed If you print this project, and you are happy with the final part, do not forget to buy me a roll of filament, or at least few meters - in order for me to be able continue to test and improve these projects or to design new ones! If you are not happy with this design or you have problem with your printed parts - send me a message, we will try to fix it together! :) If you do not want or you can't afford to buy me a roll of filament ... its ok, I still hope you enjoy printing my designs! Pace! Mirror size is not an issue anymore, use any size or material (glass/plastic mirrors)! Thickness must be 3 mm! Design to use Ikea mirrors 300x300x3 - 5 units. (Or 6 units - if decide to use a mirror as a lid. Glue two KNOBs to the back of the top/lid mirror for handling.) I use a Sykat UV-Lamp 115x85x90 - for the opening in to the lid. Sykat UV Lamp for SLA/DLP 3D Solidify Photosensitive Resin 405nm UV Strip Led Light, what can be glued/double-taped to the walls, or use any type of UV lamp you can fit in to the enclosure. The Strip Led Lights can be used to cover the gap between mirrors. All parts are glued to the mirrors. Keep in mind.. this is an open enclosure. UV light still come out . Use protection. Entire structure is based on the strength of the mirrors.
