Consider to follow if you like what I do. Just ask if you have an idea to a lego piece you want to be made. Axle carrier for the 20t and 12t or 2x of the 16t helical gears I've designed and made. 20t + 12t gears: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3188071 16t gear: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3195018 Unfortunately it doesnt work with any other gears due to I based this on the odd numbers in Lego Technic and I wanted it to be compact. I was amazed of how good this worked. Im gonna look at making a possibility for steering, but if you have experience from building. You will find a solution on your own. Joints and stuff you can plug in the holes are perfect fit. Support infill is at 30%
