2x 50mm Blower Fan Adapter For 40mm Mount (Double Side By Side)
Description
This is a Double (2x) 50mm blower fan adapter, that mounts to a 40mm fan mount. This is the "Side By Side" version i have printed it with no problems. V1.2 is untested, but the gap is slightly bigger ( might work better than original) BACK TO BACK VERSION HERE - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3198815 Original Model ( not my creation) Here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1603183 RECOMMENDATIONS - print flat on heatbed - 3 or 4 perimeters - 0 -15% Infill ( its not really needed) - 3 or 4mm brim ( to prevent warping of the "arms") - no raft - Supports not needed, but it will help the bolt holes print better - Use Filament to make a rivet instead of screws (space between the 2 halves needs to be about 2mm bigger to fit 2x nuts (Untested improvements in V1.2 might fix this, "TRY IT OUT") - use super glue or E-6000 on base of fan if bolts/rivets are not secure enough ( the less you use, the more removable it will be if needed) NOTE: the gaps shown in the display image are not visible in Slic3r, and do not show up in a print.
