2X 50MM BLOWER FAN ADAPTER FOR 40mm MOUNT (Double Back To Back)
Description
This is a Double (2x) 50mm blower fan adapter, that mounts to a 40mm fan mount. This is the "Back to Back " version i have NOT printed this version, but it is essentially the same as the other, which prints fine. SIDE BY SIDE VERSION HERE - (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3198799/edit) Original Model ( not my creation) Here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1603183 RECOMMENDATIONS print flat on heatbed -3 or 4 perimeters -0 -15% Infill ( its not really needed) -3 or 4mm brim ( to prevent warping of the "arms") -no raft -Supports not needed, but it will help the bolt holes print better -Use Filament to make a rivet instead of screws, "TRY IT OUT" -use super glue or E-6000 on base of fan if bolts/rivets are not secure enough ( the less you use, the more removable it will be if needed) NOTE: the gaps shown in the display image are not visible in Slic3r, and do not show up in a print.
