parametric, printable ball bearing / roller bearing
Description
I wanted to see if I could create a printable small ball bearing, so I made an openscad file with all the parameters visible. This default is the 21/7/8 ball bearing I experimented with, which prints for me in PLA on a Prusa3d without support, requires a small amount of mechanical work to separate but seems to work. The model I settled for is a roller bearing where the big part of the roller is on the outside, to stick better to the print surface. Both models can be set up in the customizer in openscad. Tweak on, print and report your findings. :D
