Customizable Nameplate with Mounting Holes

Updated 3 Dec 2018 to support 1/8", 3/16", or 1/4" attachment holes (or no holes at all). This is a simple nameplate for doorbells or something else. You can print it very fast with the standard thickness setting. Use the "pause at height" plugin from cura to print it in two colors. Based on the design by https://www.thingiverse.com/keyjay New feature from the original allows for the automatic drilling of two 1/8" holes for mounting with screws. Also reformatted indentation and did a little clarity cleanup/commenting.
