Tronxy X5S Bondtech BMG direct drive E3d mount
Description
You will need a 22mm pancake nema 17 stepper and standard Bondtech BMG, a short bowden tube, and some screws and nuts. This is a really good X-carriage for the Tronxy X5s (or other Core-XY printers using 2020V-Slot with wheels). Easy belt tention so that you dont need adjustable motor mounts. Cable chain moved up to fit other custom made parts for the Tronxy, to keep the chain free from the idlers/belts. This carriage works for both Standard e3d, and the volcano. A M3x20 screw and nut for the e3d-clamp. 2 small screws for mounting the the fan bracket (50mm blower). A short M4 screw for mounting the fan schroud. I will also make a better fan shroud to fit this bracket (uploading it later). Print with high infill 80-100%. (The cooler bracket is extruded 5mm more on the thing (compared to the picture), to make it fit.) Spacers are from SgaboLab thing:2574935 Many thanks to KozaMaker for sharing his work with me! 2018-12-30 Added v.5 of the X carriage front, that fits the v5-fan shroud with the Prusa nozle fan. You may have to lower the E3D cooler 2 mm in the clamp to make it go free from the things on the bed. I´ll see if i get the time to fix this. :) You also have to solder the cabels to the endstop, since it´s a bit narrow.
