This is fine even if you are using a 0.4mm nozzle, just change the "line width" or "extrusion width" setting in your slicer. 2) The lid snap fits onto the sleeve, so tight tolerances are required. If your extrusion is not calibrated precisely you may find that the lid doesn't fit. In this case scale the lid very slightly in your slicer, but not too much or the snap fit won't work. I would try with a minuscule 0.2% increase if needed. I enjoy printing these with Cura's Fuzzy Skin setting to get the case a nice texture. If you do this, i recommend using a fuzzy density of 6 minimum as well as sizing the lid file up ever so slightly by like half a percent.
